The WMA office will be closed on Monday, September 6th, 2010, in recognition of Labour Day.

2009 Canadian Country Music Awards

2010 Golf Tournament

The musicians' tournament took place Monday, August 30,2010. This year's tournament was held at the Assiniboine Golf Course, with dinner following at the club.

Jimmy King Memorial Scholarship Fund

The 2010 recipient of the Jimmy King Memorial Fund Scholarship in the amount of $1,000.00 is John Hodge. Congratulations John!

The Office is the Trustee for the Fund and tax deductible donations can be made at anytime throughout the year.

Each year one scholarship is awarded to a young jazz musician who meets the criteria and is then selected by a panel of judges.
